Disease Ontology Semantic and Enrichment analysis

Bioconductor version: 2.13

Implemented five methods proposed by Resnik, Schlicker, Jiang, Lin and Wang respectively for measuring DO semantic similarities, and hypergeometric test for enrichment analysis.
