A backup of the packages needed for the Krita docker based on Ubuntu 20.04 to run on recent GPUs.

Normally, the packages are to be fetched via ./bin/install_intel_drivers.sh script

Intel officially doesn't support 20.04, so we expect this repository to get down one day.
