open "consumer/targets/defaultcfg/100AAPP0.rom" file with text editor

append following three lines to inside each <User></User> tag. 

          <RemoteAccessCapable>TRUE</RemoteAccessCapable>

          <Allowed_RA_Protocols>HTTP,HTTPS,TELNET,FTP</Allowed_RA_Protocols>

          <Allowed_LA_Protocols>HTTP,HTTPS,TELNET,FTP</Allowed_LA_Protocols>

save file and rebuild firmware
