This is the RC1 release of gnome-games for the 2.13/2.14 cycle. Once
again, many bug fixes.

Aisleriot:
 - Eliminate warnings and remove old idioms.

Ataxx:
 - Use the correct header files for cairo.

Blackjack:
 - Fix the window icon for first-time users and people changing the rules.

Iagno:
 - Remove a reference to gnothello.gnome.org.

Nibbles:
 - Fix level 8 to align the vertical exits (Benjamin Otte).
 - Purge references to gnothello.gnome.org.
 - Draw bonuses properly when the board is resized.
 - Fix console warnings about bad tile numbers.

Robots:
 - Use the right window icon.

Tali:
 - Rationalise headers slightly.

General:
 - More fixes for category-less games.
 - Fix warnings.
 - Get the network code to call the right server in a LAN game (Daniel 
   Haischt).
