scTHI.data
This package is for version 3.19 of Bioconductor; for the stable, up-to-date release version, see scTHI.data.
The package contains examples of single cell data used in vignettes and examples of the scTHI package; data contain both tumor cells and immune cells from public dataset of glioma

To install this package, start R (version "4.4") and enter:
