Improving replicability in single-cell RNA-Seq cell type discovery
Bioconductor version: 3.18
Given a set of clustering labels, Dune merges pairs of clusters to increase mean ARI between labels, improving replicability.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:
