TTMap
This is the development version of TTMap; for the stable release version, see TTMap.
Two-Tier Mapper: a clustering tool based on topological data analysis

TTMap is a clustering method that groups together samples with the same deviation in comparison to a control group. It is specially useful when the data is small. It is parameter free.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
# The following initializes usage of Bioc devel
BiocManager::install(version='devel')
BiocManager::install("TTMap")
For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
