Win32-SystemInfo-CpuUsage version 0.01

Win32::SystemInfo::CpuUsage is designed for monitoring CPU usage and
return the value in percentage. 

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install

DEPENDENCIES

This module requires these other modules and libraries:
- A C compiler. This module is verified in VC++ 6.
