Lingua::NL::Numbers::GroeneBoekje converts numeric values to their
Dutch written equivalent, according to the guidelines as defined in
the "Groene Boekje". For example:

  twee
  twintig
  tweeëntwintig
  tweehonderd
  tweehonderdtweeëntwintig
  tweeëntwintighonderd
  tweeduizend tweehonderdtwintig
  twee miljoen tweehonderdtwintigduizend tweehonderdtweeëntwintig
