RELEASE PROCEDURE

This is the procedure used to release a new version of IPC::DirQueue,
recorded here as an aide-memoire.


        Run:

svn up
svn log > CHANGES
make tardist


        Upload the new tarball using cpan-upload.

        Send this mail:
