Gearman::XS version 0.13

This is a Perl front end for the Gearman C library. It aims to provide a
simple interface closely tied to the C library.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

  perl Makefile.PL
  make
  make test
  make install

OPTIONAL: If you installed libgearman in a non-standard location, you can set
the GEARMAN_INCLUDE and GEARMAN_LIB environment variables:

  export GEARMAN_INCLUDE=/opt/gearmand/include
  export GEARMAN_LIB=/opt/gearmand/lib

To run the complete testsuite make sure you have 'gearmand' in your PATH and
type:
   
  GEARMAN_LIVE_TEST=1 make test

DEPENDENCIES

This module requires these other modules and libraries:

  Test::More
  Storable
  libgearman 0.12 or later
