Sys/Mknod version 0.02

Ever want to use a Perl function rather than system() to make a
character or block special device, or to make a named pipe (FIFO)?
Now you can.

The test suite will detect and warn if the makedev macro does not
return a sensible value.  Note that you will need to be root for most
of the tests to work.

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
