This is Perl module Warn::Colorful.

INSTALLATION

Type the following command:

    $ curl -L http://cpanmin.us | perl - Warn::Colorful

Or install cpanm and then run the following command to install
Warn::Colorful:

    $ cpanm Warn::Colorful

If you get an archive of this distribution, unpack it and build it
as per the usual:

    $ tar xzf Warn-Colorful-$version.tar.gz
    $ cd Warn-Colorful-$version
    $ perl Makefile.PL
    $ make && make test

Then install it:

    $ make install

DOCUMENTATION

Warn::Colorful documentation is available as in POD. So you can do:

    $ perldoc Warn::Colorful

to read the documentation online with your favorite pager.
