NAME
    WebService::VigLink - Interface to the VigLink web API

METHODS
    new()
         $VigLink = WebService::VigLink->new({ key => $apikey })

        where to obtain an API key.

    make_url()
         $api_url = $VigLink->make_url({ out      => $click_destination,
                                         cuid     => $anonymous_user_id,
                                         txt      => $text_of_link,
                                         loc      => $current_webpage,
                                         title    => $current_page_title,
                                         referrer => $referring_page, });

        Returns a VigLink href. Dies on missing args.

SYNOPSIS
      use WebService::VigLink;
      $VigLink = WebService::VigLink->new({ key => $api_key });
      $affiliate_url = $VigLink->make_url({ ... });

DESCRIPTION
    Simple encapsulation of the VigLink API.
