SYNOPSIS

  use Fake::Encode;

DESCRIPTION

  Fake::Encode provides a scripting environment with long life by dummy
  subroutines Encode::encode() and Encode::decode().

INSTALLATION

  1. Copy Fake/Encode.pm to @INC directory.
