	(GTKHTML_RELEASE): Get rid of this variable
	(GTKHTML_API_VERSION): Define thise variable
	(EDITOR_API_VERSION): Don't duplicate this, and move it up to
	where we are defining other similar variables
	(AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE): Don't use GTKHTML_RELEASE in the version number
	(AC_PROG_INTLTOOL): Require at least intltool 0.30
	(GTKHTML_RELEASE_STRING): Use GTKHTML_API_VERSION
