ivdoctr: Ensures Mutually Consistent Beliefs When Using IVs

Uses data and researcher's beliefs on measurement error and instrumental variable (IV) endogeneity to generate the space of consistent beliefs across measurement error, instrument endogeneity, and instrumental relevance for IV regressions.
